<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card issuing method and card issuing device for preventing the deterioration of picture quality by suppressing occurrence of a temperature difference in a card under write processing of information in an IC chip. <P>SOLUTION: A base card 12 incorporating an IC card is supplied from a card supplying part 32, and identification information is printed on the print face of the supplied base card by a print part 34. The base card on which the identification information is printed is heated to a predetermined temperature by a heating part, and the writing and reading of the identification information is carried out to the IC chip incorporated into the base card by a reader/writer in a state that the base card is maintained at the predetermined temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
