<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which facilitates the adjustment of discharging and is simple and low in cost, by solving the problem wherein if a PET bottle or the like containing soy sauce or juice falls over with the cap opened, the contents spills out, soiling a surrounding area, and if the container is tilted excessively to discharge the contents, they flow out in a large quantity, resulting in repeating content outflow and air inflow alternately to make it difficult to adjust an amount of outflow of the contents, which causes the contents to accidentally spilling out. <P>SOLUTION: A filter valve having the function of preventing contents from spilling is fitted in the discharging opening of a PET bottle or the like. The filter valve is a fiber or porous filter, and controls the flow of air into the container and the flow of liquid out of the container by the tension of the liquid being in contact with the filter. Even if the container falls over, the amount of contents spilling is restricted to a very small amount. Even if the container is tilted greatly, the contents are prevented from spilling out. By increasing inner pressure of the container as by gripping the container, the contents are discharged out.
