<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supplying device capable of supplying toner with high precision and with little error in supply quantity, while it is small-sized and is simply constituted, and to provide an image forming apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The toner supplying device is provided with a toner conveying path, a toner conveying screw installed to be freely rotatable in the toner conveying path and a toner supplying port provided in the toner conveying path. The toner conveying screw is arranged so that its outer periphery end nearly matches the end part on the upstream side in the toner conveying direction of the toner supplying port.
