<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a container from being fraudulently opened and to make it easy to open the container. <P>SOLUTION: The hinged cap comprises: a cap main body 1 fitted on the container, which has a face 16 with which the lower end of an upper cap is brought into contact; an upper cap 30 connected to the cap main body with a hinge H; a tamperproof band 20 disposed apart and along the peripheral edge of the face 16 and connected to the cap main body 1 via a connecting part B that can be pulled away; and a locking means for the tamperproof band 20 and the upper cap 30. In the hinged cap, the locking means includes: a locking claw 20d provided for the locking part 20c of the tamperproof band 20, and a narrow vertical recess 38 which is defined in the engaging part of the knob 31 of the upper cap 30, and into which the locking claw 20d locks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
