PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference speech apparatus capable of suppresing an increase in sneak paths with respect to an increase in the number of talkers in a conference speech. SOLUTION: The conference speech apparatus using an N-1 summation circuit (1) wherein N-1 summing outputs (3-1, 3-2,..., 3-n) are obtained by subtracting a voice signal of each own terminal from a summation output of an adder (2) for summing input voice signals from a plurality (N pieces) of terminals and each of the N-1 summing outputs is used for an output voice signal to each own terminal, is configured to reduce an increase in sneak paths to each own terminal attended with an increase in the number N of the terminals by inverting the phase of the input voice signals of a half the N sets or N-1 sets of the terminals by phase inverters (4-1, 4-i) and summating inverted input voice signals and the noninverting input voice signals at the adder 2 in the case of summating the input voice signals.
