SERVICE CONTROL SYSTEM AT SIMULTANEOUS UTILIZATION OF MULTIPLE SERVICES, METHOD, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically decide a providing method of each service in consideration of characteristics of user's request for the service by comparing multiple services simultaneously provided and performing overall control for them. SOLUTION: The service control system simultaneously utilizing multiple services is provided with a context analyzing part and a service control content decision part. The context analyzing part prepares a means in which a process determining the control method for each service derives the request characteristics being a common element for each service from various context obtained from a network for each service, and the service control content decision part prepares a means for deciding a control item content of each service by comparing and performing overall treatment for the different services by use of the request characteristics for each service derived by the context analyzing part.
