PUNCTURE SYSTEM AND PUNCTURE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and safely puncture the bone radioscopically in a puncture system using X-ray imaging equipment. SOLUTION: This puncture system which punctures a puncture object portion while allowing an operator to radioscopically observe a radioscopic image is provided with the X-ray imaging equipment transmitting X-rays through the puncture object portion 2 and picking up the radioscopic image; a puncture mechanism 6 retaining a puncture needle 5 and moving it; a retainer mechanism 7 changing the position and the attitude of the puncture mechanism 6; a control means 8 controlling the puncture mechanism 6 and the retainer mechanism 7; an operating means 9 operating the puncture mechanism 6 and the retainer mechanism 7; and a display means 10 displaying control information. The puncture mechanism 6 is provided with a freedom degree of making the puncture needle 5 straightly advance in the needle axis direction and a freedom degree of making it to rotate around the needle axis. The control means 8 is provided with a function of controlling the puncture mechanism 6 to straightly advance in the needle axis direction and rotate around the needle axis based on operation signals from the operating means 9.
