<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged beverage of non-polymeric catechins for promoting burning of stored body fat, burning of dietetic fat and appearance of a liver β oxidation gene, and useful for health maintenance of the body, with respect to an improving method for a polymerase chain reaction using a buffer composition containing matched primers for a testing kit and diagnostic detection of a microbial or viral DNA. <P>SOLUTION: This packaged beverage for burning of body fat contains 300 mg-2,500 mg of non-polymeric catechins.
