<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display member and an image forming apparatus by which sudden change of the display member in an image forming apparatus under manufacture is easily and inexpensively performed. <P>SOLUTION: The display member 10 to be attached to a front cover 21 as a main body case consists of a display object and a transparent member 12, the display object 11 is a printed matter and the display object 11 is pressed by the front cover 21 as the main body case with the transparent member 12.
