PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent toner wastes suspended in eluate from sticking on and fouling a printing plate to generate printing stains on printed matter. SOLUTION: A sedimentation tank 50 is provided on a bottom part 104A of an elution tank 104, and a pipe 164 is connected to a holder 54 provided on a bottom part 52 of the sedimentation tank. Toner wastes suspended in the eluate are precipitated in the sedimentation tank by entering the sedimentation tank. The sedimentation tank is provided with a straightner 72, which is detachably coupled to the holder. The upper end of a pipe 58 is sucked at a position higher than the bottom part 104, so the straightner surely prevents the toner wastes precipitated in the elution tank (sedimentation tank) from being supplied to the printing plate to foul the printing plate and forming print stains on printed matter using the printing plate.
