PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve controllability, to improve mountability to a vehicle and to reduce sliding resistance due to sealing. SOLUTION: This clutch operating device includes: a power cylinder 2; a hydraulic cylinder 4; and a control valve 6. When a clutch pedal is stepped, liquid pressure from a master cylinder is introduced so that an air control valve 40 of the control valve 6 is opened, pressure air is introduced into an air pressure chamber 12 of the power cylinder 2 to advance a push rod 36, thereby disconnecting the clutch. In addition to the manual operation, the air control valve 40 is operated by a motor 82 to introduce air into the pressure chamber 12 of the power cylinder 2, thereby operating the power cylinder 2. The motor 82 is fitted to the air control valve 40 side on the same axis of the control valve 16, and the air control valve 40 is operated by the drive of the motor 82. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
