PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal up a device main body with a simple and compact configuration and to satisfactorily prevent the temperature rising in a device main body. SOLUTION: A radiographic image information recording and reading device 10 is provided with a photographing part 14 and an elevating part 12 which holds the photographing part 14 so as to allow the photographing part 14 to rise and fall. An enclosure 28 constituting the photographing part 14 has the inside constituted into a closed space and has a fan 56 which constitutes a temperature maintaining means 55 for keeping the temperature in the enclosure 28 at a fixed temperature or lower, arranged therein.
