PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric composite material capable of being improved with its cured state. SOLUTION: This polymeric composite material containing at least 1 kind of carboxylated nitrile rubber polymer (in some cases, hydrogenated) and at least a halogenated butyl rubber, the method for producing the polymeric composite material obtained by mixing at least 1 kind of carboxylated nitrile rubber polymer (in some cases, hydrogenated) and at least 1 kind of a halogenated butyl rubber, a molded product containing at least 1 kind of carboxylated nitrile rubber polymer (in some cases, hydrogenated) and at least 1 kind of a halogenated butyl rubber, and a method for increasing the density of cross-linking by mixing the halogenated butyl rubber with at least 1 kind of the carboxylated nitrile rubber which is in some cases hydrogenated, at least 1 kind of a cross-linking agent in some cases, and a filler in some cases, and curing the mixture, are provided.
