PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high weather resistance-having rigid vinyl chloride resin composition which has excellent heat stability, coloring properties and weather resistance, in particular is suitably applicable even to the uses of free from a plasticizer and being required of a high weather resistance such as a window frame. SOLUTION: The rigid vinyl chloride resin composition is prepared by adding 0.001-10 pts.mass zinc dehydroacetate, 0.001-10 pts.mass dehydrated hydrotalcite and 0.001-10 pts.mass polyhydric alcohol compound to 100 pts.mass vinyl chloride resin.
