PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member of duplicate impervious sheets that fixes the duplicate impervious sheets and maintains the water tightness, and to provide a binding method therefor. SOLUTION: The fixing member 6 is composed of an embedded part to support the fixing member 6, which is embedded in a wall face 2, a first binding part 8 that fixes the upper sheet 5a of the first layered impervious sheet, a second binding part 9 that fixes the lower sheet 5b of the second layered impervious sheet and a connection part 10 that connects the first binding part 8 and the second binding part 9. The first binding part 8 is a part to fix the lower sheet 5b by the welding and forms the rectangular first bound face 12. The second binding part 9 is arranged on the upper side of the first bound part 12. The second binding part 9 is a part to fix the upper sheet 5a by the welding and forms the rectangular second bound face 13 in parallel with the first bound face 12. An impervious sheet 5 welds the upper side or the lower end of the lower sheet 5b with the first bound face 12, and welds the upper side or the lower end of the upper sheet 5a with the second bound face 13.
