Firstly, form field display information is input as support information. Next, the form field display information is read out and at least a part of form sheet into which write of currently input data of the input item has been performed is displayed. The input field is displayed according to the input field position information. Thus, when an operator inputs the input item which has been manually written in a form sheet into which input items have already been written manually, the input content is displayed while being superimposed on the form sheet, thereby improving the input work efficiency. It is also possible to cope with a case when a manually written content is concealed or cannot be seen by the superimposed display.
