<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide piezoelectric ceramics, and a lamination piezoelectric element and a fuel injection system using the same in which, even in case of successively driving them for a long period of time in a high electric field and under a high pressure, a dielectric breakdown does not occur with the excellent durability. <P>SOLUTION: A main component is PbTiO<SB>3</SB>-PbZrO<SB>3</SB>, and Si content is equal to or more than 5 ppm and less than 100 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
