<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent medical syringe needle which hardly causes coring even on a soft base material, is therefore safe and which prevents the liquid leakage of blood or chemical, etc., and the suction of air etc., from a needle mark. <P>SOLUTION: In the medical syringe needle, at least a part of the edge of an inner cavity edge in the inclining part of the point of a puncture needle is formed in a round shape and a lancet point is formed in the point of the puncture needle. In Fig.(a), the puncture needle 1 has the lancet point shape and the inner cavity edge 3 is formed to be a round edge 5. In order to form the round edge 5, ceramic powder is sprayed to the inner cavity edge of an area 4.
