<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document data management system for efficiently managing the document data of configuring elements by associating them with task related data. <P>SOLUTION: The document data management apparatus is provided with a retrieval means which has: a document data storing part storing document data associated with at least one of a plurality of element data managed in a tree structure; a task data storing part storing a plurality of task data including order information; and a first link data storing part storing first link data for associating the document data with the task, and which associates the document data with the task data to retrieve them based on the first link data of the first link data storing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
