DETACHABLE CRAWLER PAD AND ITS RECYCLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive detachable crawler pad effectively utilizing regenerated polyethylene resin fed at low cost and also being considered an earth environmental problem.

SOLUTION: The detachable crawler pad 1 is constituted of a core bar 2 and a crawler pad body 3 covered on the core bar 2. A through hole 2d is provided on the core bar 2 and the crawler pad body 3 is constituted of a core bar retaining part 3a formed by a hard material containing a polyethylene resin as a main component provided on a periphery of the core bar 3 and arranged such that a ground-contact surface side and an opposite ground-contact surface side of the core bar 2 become integral through the through hole 2d; and a ground-contact part 3b formed by a rubber resin mixing composition in which the polyethylene resin is mixed into a rubber composition.
