PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for informing the manager of a vehicle parked on the street of information prompting the movement of the vehicle.

SOLUTION: This information processor for informing the manager of a vehicle parked on the street of information prompting the movement of the vehicle is provided with: an on-street parking information receiving part for receiving the registration number of a vehicle parked on the street from an information processing terminal to be operated by the reporter of the on-street parking; a contact destination acquiring part for acquiring the contact destination of the manager made to correspond to a received registration number from a manager information storing part in which the contact destination of the manager is stored in association with the registration number of the vehicle; and a movement prompting information transmitting part for transmitting information to prompt the movement of the vehicle to the acquired contact destination of the manager.
