PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic roller which is prevented from getting eccentric even in the case of making the diameter of a metallic shaft small, is made light in weight, eliminates the need of an expensive metallic mold and an expensive injection molding machine, at the time of molding, and is easily manufactured, and whose cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: The magnetic roller is characterized by forming a resin layer 3 composed of thermosetting resin on the outer periphery of the metallic shaft 2 and providing a resin magnet layer 4 composed of a thermosetting resin magnet on the outer periphery of the resin layer 3.
