PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency triplet light-emitting element with stability which can save labor in manufacturing as compared with a conventional element, by simplifying an element structure without using an unstable material. SOLUTION: In the element structure dispensing with a hole blocking layer as introduced in the conventional triplet light-emitting element, that is, the element structure in which a positive electrode 102, a hole transport layer 103, an electron transport light-emitting layer 104 made of an electron transport material and a dopant material emitting triplet light, and a negative electrode 105 laminated in turn on a base plate 101, a combination of the hole transport material and the electron transport material as well as that of the electron transport material and the dopant material is optimized.
