PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-pass filter circuit reducing a power consumption and improving an integration rate. SOLUTION: The all-pass filter circuit 1 has a first terminal 2, to which an input signal is input, and a capacitor 3, which has a first electrode and a second electrode and in which the first electrode is connected to the first terminal. The filter circuit 1 further has a current amplifier circuit 6 being composed of a MOS transistor, having an input terminal, which is connected to the second electrode and to which a first signal output from the capacitor is input, and outputting a second signal on the basis of a conductance, and a second terminal 5, to which a control signal controlling the conductance is input.
