PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation decomposition cell for heating a sample liquid and for irradiating the sample liquid with an ultraviolet ray, capable of increasing ultraviolet lamps to increase luminous energy, having a simple structure to require no skill for assembling, disassembling cleaning and the like, excellent in heating efficiency for the sample liquid by a heater, and excellent in safety. SOLUTION: This oxidation decomposition cell has a sample liquid flow tube 2 wherein an inner tube part 4 is integrated with an outer tube part 6, wherein a sample flow passage 5 is formed between the inner tube part and the outer tube part, and wherein recessed part 16 is formed inside the inner tube part, and the heater 20 arranged in the recessed part of the sample liquid flow tube, and the ultraviolet lamps 24 arranged outside the sample liquid flow tube.
