PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip made of resin for inspection having a stable performance, at low cost. SOLUTION: A bottom plate member 7 and a lid member 11 are each made of a biaxially-stretched PET plate, and its surface is made hydrophilic by a surface active agent. Since the upper and lower wall surfaces forming a reaction chamber 15 are made of the biaxially-stretched resin plate having hydrophilicity, it is possible to stabilize the flow of a liquid to be inspected and acquire inspection results with high reliability on the basis of this.
