摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal assembly used in a gas turbine engine rotor assembly. SOLUTION: The seal assembly for a gas turbine engine 10 includes a first stage disk 30, a second stage disk 32, a disk retainer 53, the interstage seal assembly 50 extending between the first stage disk and second stage disk. The interstage seal assembly includes a radial direction outer shell 54 extending outward in a radial direction from a web part 58. The outer shell includes an upstream arm 60 and a downstream arm 62 extending outward from the outer shell.
