PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane motor for restraining an accidental fluctuation in a pump flow rate. SOLUTION: This vane pump 200 has a motor 220 having an installing part 226, a rotor 204 having a plurality of vanes 209, and rotatingly driven by the motor 220, a casing 203 having a pump room 207 for storing the rotor 204 and a through-hole 600, and contacting in a plane state with the installing part 226, and a male screw member 250 inserted into the through-hole 600, threadably attached to the installing part 226, and installing the casing 203 in the installing part 226. The casing 203 of the vane pump 200 has a weight reducing part 660 in a place separate from the through-hole 600 in a surface 205c contacting with the installing part 226.
