PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a readily usable and inexpensive therapeutic agent capable of removing tumor, keloid, or the like, especially neurofibroma without imparting pressure to a patient and without causing stress, and capable of decreasing hypertrophic scar. SOLUTION: This therapeutic for the tumor is the one for the tumor, the keloid, or the like, containing a basic pigment as an active ingredient, especially the one for the tumor, the keloid, or the like, containing methylrosaniline chloride as the active ingredient. The disappearance or reduction of a hemispherical tubercle or the hypertrophic scar is recognized by injecting the agent to the hemispherical tubercle or the hypertrophic scar part. A readily usable and inexpensive agent without imparting the pressure and the stress to the patient is provided because the disappearance or reduction of the tumor or the hypertrophic scar is caused without carrying out surgery.
