PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device having an aligning function, capable of acquiring a large aligning amount and minimizing the aligning mechanism. SOLUTION: This chuck device is provided with a chuck body fixedly installed at the tip of a spindle in a machine tool; a plurality of chucking claws installed movably along the radial direction of the chuck body; a chucking claw driver installed concentrically with the spindle and the center axis of the chuck body and operated to advance/recede along the center axis; and a pressing member rotatably supported to the chucking claw driver. The chuck device is constituted to grip a clamped part of a workpiece by pressing a plurality of chucking claw rods respectively linked with the plurality of chucking claws, by the pressing member to move the plurality of chucking claws radially inward.
