PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro joint cutting device which can perform precise positioning of a cutting tool to a micro joint to be cut regardless of directionality of the micro joint. SOLUTION: A vertical shift frame 7 is movably attached to a shift positioning frame 3 that can control shift positioning in both X-axis and Y-axis directions. A Y-shift frame 21 movable in Y-axis direction is attached to the X-shift frame 15 held by the vertical shift frame 7 movably in X-axis direction. A cutting device 45, which has a cutting tool to cut a micro joint 99 connecting a product with a workpiece, is rotatably attached to the Y-shift frame 21. Relief mechanisms 31, 43 to allow a minute relative shift of the shifting members from the neutral point are prepared both between a shifting member 29 to shift the X-shift frame 15 and the X-shift frame 15 itself and between the shifting member 41 to shift the Y-shift frame 21 and the Y-shift frame 21 itself.
