PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stimulating sensation for raising usefulness, and to provide a device thereof. SOLUTION: A signal is generated, comprising a frequency not higher than 100(Hz) corresponding to the sensation of a living body. The signal is outputted to an electric field generation source, so as to impress quasi-electrostatic field on the terminal of sensory nerve tissue. Consequently, an electric field can be impressed on the terminal of the sensory nerve tissue without requiring a coil for generating a magnetic field through the use of an extremely small current. In this case, the frequency for allowing the terminal of the superficial sensory nerve tissue to resonate is impressed, so that sensation is more efficiently shown compared with the magnetic field.
