PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth using and storing operations of a table attached to the rear face of a seat back. SOLUTION: This table attaching mechanism for a car seat is characterized in that the table T is supported by a spring 2 provided in the tip of a rod 1 and composed of a compression spring; the rod 1 is inserted into a cylindrical body 3 storing the spring 2; and a locking piece 5 provided at a guide part 3A integrated with the cylindrical body 3 is engageably provided in a locking groove 10 provided in the rod 1.
