PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it hard to conceal an action of breaking a sealing means and make it impossible to pull out a retaining means provided on the control circuit board box with a simple structure. SOLUTION: First, second and third lock members 30, 31 and 32 meshed with each other by a board box sealing means 17 are so formed to correspond to a metallic thin plate retaining means 30 serving as the first lock member with a narrow thickness N. The solid structure of the board box sealing means 17 is reduced by setting the thickness N and to seal up a control circuit board box base body 29 and a control circuit board box lid 28, the first lock member 30 is caused to be meshed individually with the second lock member 31 of the board box sealing means 17 to be connected to the control circuit board box lid 28 and the third lock member 32 of the board box sealing member 17 to be connected to the control circuit box base body 29.
