PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid detection system that can effectively inhibit samples and reagents from being stained. SOLUTION: This nucleic acid detection system 100 is equipped with a dispensing mechanism 10 for dispensing reagents and a sample that is doubted to include the target gene to the detection cell 65 that has a lid 67a integrally connected to the cell 65, a lid-closing mechanism 63 for closing the lid 67a of the detection cell 65, after completion of the dispensation, the reaction part 61 for amplifying the target gene in the detection cell 65 closed with the lid 67a and the turbidity detector 62 for detecting the existence of the target gene in the detection cell closed with the lid 67a.
