<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for improving security to destination information and receiving a contending reference request from another user with little waiting time, and to provide a destination information referring method. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: an information storage part for storing destination information to which prescribed data is transmitted, etc.; a Web server for displaying a Web page and receiving the request to refer to the destination information; and an information extracting part for extracting prescribed information, based on access authority set in response to the classification of the users on the basis of the identification information of the users.
