METHOD OF FIRING CERAMICS AT LOW TEMPERATURE AND CERAMICS FIRED AT LOW TEMPERATURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recycling and firing at a low temperature of waste ceramics.

SOLUTION: The method comprises a first process wherein waste ceramics are dry-ground to pass through a≤350 mesh-screen, a second process wherein the dry-ground product is wet-ground to be about a fewμm, a third process wherein an additive lowering the melting point comprising a plasticizer based on a natural clay and glass or the like is added and mixed, a fourth process wherein the mixed product is shaped, and a fifth process wherein the shaped product is fired at a low temperature of≤about 1,150°C.
