<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splice structure which enables a user to perform the connection/waterproofing of the splice part of a wire harness, simply on a wire harness assembling workbench. <P>SOLUTION: A splice part which is made by bundling and intertwining exposed cores is inserted into a tubular body composed of a low-temperature fuse, and also a heat shrinkable tube where hot melt is applied on its internal perimeter is put on it from the periphery of this tube to a position covering the periphery of the cover material of a cable prior to heating. Hereby, the tubular body is fused to solder the cores, and also the heat shrinkable tube is shrunk, while the hot melt fuses, thereby being stuck fast to the periphery of the tube and the periphery of the cover material of the cable, and thus the waterproofing/protection of the splice part is applied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
