PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having high near infrared ray absorptivity and high visible ray transmittance or a panel consisting of a multilayer plate. SOLUTION: The film or panel is a single layer or multilayer film or multilayer plate panel including an absorption layer formed by dispersing pigments having the near infrared ray absorptivity into a transparent polymeric resin and having the near infrared ray absorptivity. Namely, some of the pigments cause a change in characteristics or a chemical reaction etc., and have dielectric interaction or lack in thermal stability but the films are individually manufactured by molding methods meeting these characteristics and the multilayer film or the multilayer plate is manufactured by superposing a plurality of such films.
