KARAOKE MACHINE DISPLAYING CM DATA AND KARAOKE PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT WITH DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke machine capable of displaying CM data without decreasing the playing frequency of karaoke musical pieces as far as possible or offending the eye of a singer while fulfilling the display quota of the CM data. SOLUTION: The karaoke machine is provided with: a means of outputting karaoke video with a lyrics subtitle to a main display during karaoke musical performance; a means of communicating with karaoke peripheral equipment having a display; a means of storing CM data for spot broadcasting; and a control means of performing processing for judging whether the peripheral equipment having the display is capable of broadcasting CMs by communicating with the peripheral equipment, processing for transmitting CM data of a storage means by communicating with the karaoke peripheral equipment capable of broadcasting CMs, and processing for outputting the CM data of the storage means to the main display at intervals of karaoke musical performance when the karaoke peripheral equipment is incapable of CM broadcasting.
