PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate flatness control by making change of a cooling rate small on the tool surface and inside when cooling down the tool, without a bar bonded to a stick surface in a deformed state in a heating process at the time of sticking the bar. SOLUTION: The tool used for holding a work piece in a work process and an assembly process of a magnetic head is characterized by having thermal conductivity of 80W/mK or more and also being formed of non-magnetic silicon carbide.
