PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive cable capable of restraining a drift during an alternating current conducting period and effectively allowing the relaxation of position deviation even when a line speed is high, that is, 2 m/min or more, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In a superconductive cable in relation to the present invention in which a plurality of superconductive conductor layers 10 and 20 formed by winding dislocation segments 18 and 28 around a tube 17 in helical pattern are layered, the winding directions of the dislocation segments 18 and 28 constructing the adjacent upper and lower superconductive conductor layers 10 and 20 in the layers are opposite to each other; and the stranded directions of the dislocation segments 15 and 25 constructing individual superconductive conductor layers 18 and 28 are opposite to the winding directions of the dislocation segments 18 and 28 respectively.
