ORGANIC EL DISPLAY PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display panel in which an increase in jointing resistance between a negative electrode and a connection terminal with an external drive circuit is suppressed and the drop of an impressing voltage to an organic EL layer can be prevented. SOLUTION: This organic EL display panel comprises a first electrode provided on a transparent support substrate, a second electrode arranged opposed to the first electrode, an organic EL layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a connection terminal with an external drive circuit which is constituted of a metal electrode formed on the support substrate and a transparent conductive film formed on the metal substrate.
