PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary displaying device capable of drastically increasing information amount seen from one direction. SOLUTION: The rotary displaying device has a rotating body 15 connected by two substrates 13 formed like crosspieces in a state that one side plate 11 formed like a disk and the other side plate 12 formed like a ring are oppositely arranged. Namely, one side plate 11 of the rotating body 15 has a disk-like shape and a rotational axis 11a for rotation extends from its center part. On the other hand, the other side plate 12 is a doughnut-like disk and the vicinity of its center part is a cavity part 12a. The substrates 13, 13 are installed so as to bridge sides of the two side plates 11, 12 and provided at the interval of 180 degrees to the rotational directions X of the side plates 11, 12.
