PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inspecting foreign matters in a box that can save inspection labor of the box in a bottle lining process. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for inspecting foreign matters in the box for inspecting a plastic box for accommodating bottles in a small chamber divided by a partition board, object detection sensors 43L, 43M, and 43S on a box for detecting an object projecting upward from the plastic box, bottle top detection sensors 47L, 47M, 47S for detecting the type of bottles in the small chamber, for detecting the accommodation state of bottles in the small chamber, and for detecting an object existing at the upper section of the tap of the bottle in the small chamber, and detection sensors 45L, 45M, 45S of an object on the partition board for detecting the object existing at the upper portion of the partition board are formed.
