PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile woven fabric suitable for vehicular interior materials also in point of functionalities such as acoustic properties, air permeability and moisture absorption and perspiration properties in addition to physical strengths. SOLUTION: In the pile woven fabric, a pile yarn 14 is woven as weft into a base fabric 13 woven by a ground warp 11 and a ground weft 12 to provide a weft pile woven fabric and a twist weave structure is applied to the base fabric 13 of the weft pile woven fabric.
