An eye image imaging device includes: an imaging section (120) for imaging a user eye as an eye image; a focusing degree calculation section (130) for calculating the size of the high frequency component from the eye image; a threshold value setting section (150) for setting a focusing threshold value unique to a valid user; and a focusing judgment section (140) for comparing the size of the high frequency component to the focusing threshold value to perform judgment of the focusing. Thus, it is possible to set an optimal focusing threshold value for a valid owner.
