PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor where a network load, when the editing result of image data is reflected on server managing image data, is reduced; and to provide an image forming device and an image data management system.

SOLUTION: In the information processor, the image forming device accumulating image data performs a prescribed image editing processing. The processor is provided with an editing instruction means for acquiring low resolution data having resolution lower than that of image data and causing the image forming device, to perform the prescribed image editing processing corresponding to an editing instruction to image data based on the editing instruction to low resolution data. The editing instruction means transmits a first structure where image data identification information for identifying image data as the object of the editing instruction and editing operation information showing the content of the editing instruction are mentioned as elements. Thus, the image forming device is caused to perform the prescribed image editing processing.
