PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power terminal for an electronic apparatus capable of reducing a cost and of miniaturizing itself.

SOLUTION: By providing this power terminal structure capable of inputting both power sources of a fuel cell 200 and an A.C. adapter 300, a power input part of an electronic apparatus can simply be composed in a small size, and an inexpensive and small electronic apparatus can be provided.
