<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install eaves soffit plates so as to straightly align the longitudinal edges of a plurality of eaves soffit plates. <P>SOLUTION: A slit 3 is respectively arranged on the rising edge 1 on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the eaves soffit plates 2. Eaves beams 4 and 5 are installed on an eaves roof. The plurality of eaves soffit plates 2 are juxtaposed under between the eaves beams 4 and 5. A locking piece 7 is projected on a first support metal fitting 6 installed on the eaves beam 4. A cross-sectional substantially U-shaped second support metal fitting 8 is installed on an under surface of the eaves beam 5, and the locking piece 7 is projected toward the vertical piece 8c side from a vertical piece 8b of the second support metal fitting 8. The slits 3 in both end parts in the longitudinal direction of the respective eaves soffit plates 2, are respectively inserted into the locking piece 7 of the first support metal fitting 6 and the second support metal fitting 8. An edge presser metal fitting 9 is put on the second support metal fitting 8. The edge presser metal fitting 9 is fixed to an eaves base part side vertical piece 8c of the second support metal fitting 8, by pressing a presser piece 9a to the rising edge 1, by sandwiching the rising edge 1 of the eaves soffit plates 2 between the presser piece 9a of the edge presser metal fitting 9 and the eaves edge side vertical piece 8b of the second support metal fitting 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
